Change Your Filters
It's recommended to change your filters every 30-90 days, depending on use. Replacing your filters is the easiest way to prevent damaged equipment and maintain energy efficiency. Make a note to check, clean, or replace your filters at the beginning of each season.
Clean the Outdoor Cooling Unit
Make sure you clear all dirt or debris that can block openings to your cooling unit as it can accumulate over the winter and obstruct airflow and efficiency.
Schedule an AC Tune-up
Your AC has been sitting dormant for months; you need to make sure it's ready to take on the warmer weather ahead. Preventative maintenance will save you on future costly repairs, detect refrigerant leaks, and address inefficient equipment.
