​If the system/equipment we installed fails to heat or cool during the first year, within 48 hours we will diagnose the issue. Then we will fix it for free, including parts and labor. If for some reason we are unable to, we will show up with a check for $1,001 just for your discomfort and inconvenience.

You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling cost, or we will double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year.

No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails in the first 5 years, the company will install a complete and new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will install a new furnace.
